Your child is not just a child. Children are little human beings and from the day they were born they have certain needs that have to be fulfilled and they have their very own way of expressing emotions. Same as us adults, some things they like more or less or simply dislike. They are little individuals with their own personalities which define them as a person.

In the first years of their life, your child needs you the most. It will depend on you to what extent their needs will be fulfilled, you’ll be there to guide them and you will have a great impact on their life.

You will also be mainly responsible for your child’s sleep. Healthy sleep habits are the key to a well functioning not just for your baby but for the whole family. Parents and children shouldn’t suffer months or years of sleep deprivation while there are gentle and easy ways which can help them to sleep better.

Baby sleep is one of the most frequent topics among parents, yet many parents are struggling with their child sleep. This issue is very common and can have a negative impact on a child’s development. Quality sleep is very important in every aspect and my mission is to help you and your child to sleep better.

This probably sounds impossible now, but trust me – it is possible and it can be done without cry-it-out method. Both you and your child can look forward to bedtime instead of stressing out day after day.

I offer a wide range of effective solutions for sleep problems such as:

How it works?

First contact

I love hearing your stories. Whether you have questions about the way I work or you just want to see if we are a good fit for each other, please feel free to contact me. I’d love to hear from you.

2.
Gathering information

After the contact and the selection of the package, you will be given a detailed sleep questionnaire and a child temperament questionnaire. Then we arrange the term of consultation. Thanks to the questionnaires, I have the opportunity before consultation to analyze your specific situation in detail so that we can use the time better during our consultation.

3.
Consultations

We will have 1 – 2 hours to discuss your child’s sleep habits and temperament. During this time we will also discuss your goals and expectations and find the most efficient way of achieving it. If you are from another city or country, consultations will be held online.

4.
Action

Based on the consultation and the gathered information I will make a customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s sleep history and temperament and your parenting style. It’s time to start the new adventure. I will follow your online sleep log and I’ll be giving you feedback and suggestions on a daily basis.

5.
Support

I will be your guide, counselor and comfort as long as you need me. I will be your guide every step of the way. I will make your journey as easy as possible and help you through the new adventure with my knowledge and experience.

6.
Results

It will take time, consistency, dedication and a lot of patience to reach the goal and see the results. For some, it takes a few days, for others a few weeks or even more, but with the strong dedication – success is guaranteed.
